How to cancel or change an appointment

Please contact the hospital using the telephone number on your appointment letter or card. 

If you do not have a letter or appointment card, then you can get in touch with our Outpatient Contact Centre on (01904) 726400. The Contact Centre is open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday - Friday.

If you wish to leave us a message regarding the cancellation of an outpatient appointment, outside of our office hours, please leave your name, hospital number and appointment details on the Cancellation hotline 0800 0566211 answerphone.
