The Harrogate Kidney Dialysis Ball

A charity ball took place on Saturday 29 October at the Majestic Hotel in Harrogate to raise much needed funds for Harrogate Share the Care Appeal. The evening raised an incredible £8116.92.

The Harrogate Kidney Dialysis Ball was hosted by Stray FM radio presenter, Nick Hancock and included a drinks reception, followed by a 3 course sit down meal.

A range of entertainment was provided on the evening including a raffle, auction and casino and live music was provided by North Yorkshire's popular band The Mojos.

The appeal is aiming to raise £200,000 to establish a life-saving shared care dialysis unit at Harrogate District Hospital to enable kidney patients to manage their own dialysis treatment.
