Occupational Therapy

http___www.cot.co

Our occupational therapy service is a single service spanning both the acute and community settings. It covers most clinical areas and inputs to multiple sites as well as patient's homes.

In order to provide a high quality occupational therapy service we are divided into clinical specialist teams. All teams are co-ordinated by senior staff who are specialists in their fields. They are responsible for the development of junior staff, students and assistants. All our qualified staff are registered with the Health Professions Council.

What do we do?

How to get an appointment?

If you are an inpatient you may be seen by an occupational therapist as part of your hospital care.

You can be referred to the occupational therapy outpatients' teams for treatment as an outpatient through your GP or a consultant (if you are under their care). You may be referred to an outpatient service following your inpatient admission.
