Invitation to attend the Trust’s Annual Members Meeting
Trust members and the general public are invited to find out more about their local hospitals by attending the Trust’s Annual Members Meeting (AMM), incorporating the Annual General Meeting, of York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The Trust runs hospital services and out of hospital care in York and North Yorkshire.
The meeting will be hosted at the York Hospital, in the Chapel, on Thursday 11 October, starting at 2pm, and will include refreshments.
The AMM will include an overview of the Trust’s financial position, a summary of key achievements over the last 12 months and an outline of the current year to date. Members of the Trust and the public will also have an opportunity to put questions to the Trust Board. This session will run between 4.20pm and 4.40pm.
Susan Symington, Trust Chair, said: “The AMM is open to all of the Trust’s members, as well as the general public. The event offers everyone the opportunity to share their views with us and participate in learning more about the activities of the Trust. People will also have the chance to find out more about our five year strategy and understand what our priorities are for the next five years.”
Any questions regarding the event please contact Lynda Provins on email lynda.provins@york.nhs.uk
Anyone unable to attend the event but who is interested in receiving a copy of our annual report summary should contact Lynda.
Copies of the full Annual Report and Accounts, as well as the shorter Annual Review, will be available on the Trust website from this date.
