Invitation to attend the Trust’s Annual Members Meeting

Trust members and the general public are invited to find out more about their local hospitals by attending the Trust’s Annual Members Meeting (AMM), incorporating the Annual General Meeting (AGM), of York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.  The Trust runs hospital services and out of hospital care in York and North Yorkshire.

This year’s virtual AGM and AMM will be held on Tuesday 26 October 2021, between 11:00am-12:30pm.

Susan Symington, Trust Chair, said: “The AMM is open to all of the Trust’s members, as well as the general public.  The event offers everyone the opportunity to share their views with us and participate in learning more about the activities of the Trust.”

At the meeting people will be able to find out more about the work of the Trust, the challenges and achievements during 2020/21, the annual accounts and hear about the Trust’s plans for the year ahead.

Attendees need to pre-register their place by completing the registration form https://www.yorkhospitals.nhs.uk/online-forms/agm-2021/

People can join the event from anywhere, on any device - PC, smartphone or tablet -using a Chrome or Edge browser. Anyone can participate live during the question and answer section of the agenda, or by using the chat function on WebEx.

Access to the event will be via a web link which will be shared the day prior to the event, along with the full agenda.
