Sparkling SevenTea birthday party for NHS in York
Tickets are available now for the Sparkling SevenTea in aid of York Teaching Hospital Charity, 3pm on Thursday 5 July at the Hospitium, York.
It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of one of the nation’s most loved institutions in the way that we do best, with afternoon tea.
Guests will be treated to a sparkling welcome drink and classic afternoon tea in the beautiful surroundings of the Hospitium, Museum Gardens.
There will be a warm welcome from Chair of York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Susan Symington followed by renowned speaker Professor David Purdie MD FRCP (www.davidpurdie.net) who will entertain with amusing anecdotes about the NHS and his experiences working as a Doctor in Yorkshire.
Lucy Clegg, Fundraising Manager at York Teaching Hospital Charity said: “We are excited to be celebrating this milestone to celebrate the achievements of one of the nation’s most loved institutions. To appreciate and applaud the vital role the service plays in all our lives, day in, day out.”
A raffle to raise money for York Teaching Hospital Charity will provide guests with the opportunity to win some fantastic prizes.
