We have had a problem with our electronic patient record today (Monday 12 November 2018), which has affected a number of outpatient appointments across the Trust and has caused some delays, for example in A&E. We apologise to our patients who have been affected by this and we will rearrange these appointments as soon as we can.
The system is now back up and running, so please do attend if you have a planned hospital appointment. We have contingency plans that mean we can continue to safely deliver care during an incident, and we put these into action today.
