A new non-executive director (NED), who is a qualified accountant, is being sought to join the Board of York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Sue Symington, Chair, York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust explained: “These are challenging times for the NHS nationally and locally too. Never has it been more important to recruit first class talent to the Boards of NHS trusts.

“Personally, candidates will be able to demonstrate a robust and resilient approach to working life, alongside natural curiosity and highly developed team working skills.”
