York NHS and Adult Social Care recruitment and careers event

York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with City of York Council and Skills for Care, is holding a shared recruitment and careers event at York Hospital, for anyone interested working for the NHS or in adult social care.

On the day members of the public will have the opportunity to discuss nursing and health care roles across both sectors. In addition, representatives from our audit department will be there for you to discuss opportunities in this sector. The recruitment team will be on hand to answer any questions about other roles in the Trust and on the day interviews will be taking place for staff nurses.

The event takes place at York Hospital on Saturday 30 September 2017, from 10am-2pm in the Main Reception. Those who attend the open day are entitled to free parking in the multi-story car park.

There will also be a number of representatives from adult social care providers in the York area, who will be able to talk about current vacancies and career opportunities in this sector. York College, York University and Coventry University will also be available to discuss educational opportunities, and they will be joined by City of York representatives who will be on hand to discuss the City of York Council Apprenticeship Hub.

There's no need to book to attend the event, just turn up on the day.
