Hospital governors' public meeting

A special public meeting of the Council of Governors of York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will be held on 23 May 2012 at the York Hospital Social Club, White Cross Road, YO31 8JR.

The special meeting has been convened to consider and approve the revised standing orders of the enlarged Trust as required by paragraph 16 of the current standing orders.

This is immediately followed by a general business public meeting starting at 4.10 pm until 6pm where there will be a presentation by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and an update on the Trust's Community Health Services. The Chief Executive will also update on the planned acquisition of Scarborough Hospital, due on 1 July 2012, and the current performance of the Trust.
