Whitby Hospital hosts Open Day

If you have ever found yourself wondering how a hospital operates or have always wanted to learn about different healthcare roles, don’t miss Whitby Hospital’s Open Day on Tuesday 24 September when you will be able to see what your local hospital has to offer. 

The aim of the event, which runs from 11am until 1pm, is to give visitors the opportunity to interact with staff and learn more about the different departments within the hospital and the services offered via a number of information stands.  

Anyone considering a career in the NHS will be able to discuss their options and take a look at current job vacancies. People can also see the latest fundraising projects in aid of the Hospital charity.  

The welcome desk will be in the main entrance of the hospital.
