Additional Notes | T-SPOT samples have to be tested within 32 hours and are sent direct from the lab to Oxford Diagnostic Laboratory services via DX. T-SPOT samples MUST be taken and sent to the lab on the same day. Samples will only be processed Monday to Thursday and MUST reach the lab by 2pm. A minimum of TWO 4.9ml Lithium heparin samples (orange tops) are required and the time of sampling recorded. The turnaround times stated here reflect a combination of in-house and reference laboratory time spent on processing referred samples. For turnaround times for individual reference laboratories please look on the reference laboratories own websites. |
