Patient Feedback

We value and believe in the importance of feedback from patients in order to improve the service and patient experience.

To enhance the quality of services that we deliver, it is important to understand what people think about their care and treatment. We believe patient feedback helps the department to make informed decisions about the service, encourages assessment of the service and the necessary changes which need to be made.

We are currently working with reduced staffing levels within the Contact Centre.  This may mean that some of our patients encounter extended wait times when calling the Contact Centre.  This is not the level of service we wish to offer our patients and we are working hard to improve the situation.  If you wish to request to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can complete our online form
