Welcome to York Hospital NHS Foundation Trust orthopaedic service. We provide a wide range of services to treat a number of injuries, infections and joint conditions.

Our service is provided across three hospital sites. Planned (elective) orthopaedic care is offered at York and Bridlington Hospitals. Trauma care for people who have injuries from accidents or infection is based at York and Scarborough Hospitals.

Our surgeons work across our main sites and provide outreach clinics in rural communities throughout the region too. We have surgeons specialising in the diagnosis, treatment and surgery of conditions of the:
