Creating a future together:  The Vale of York Inaugural Clinical Summit 2016


Thank you for registering to attend the above event on Tuesday 29 November at York Racecourse. Registration will be from 1:30pm for a 2:00pm start. The formal meeting will close at 7.15pm when the drinks reception and buffet will begin.

The conference will cover a range of clinically-focused workshops and presentations relevant to the current challenges in our local healthcare system and explore how we can work together to achieve best outcomes for our patients.

Confirmation of your allocated workshops will be provided to you in your delegate pack, which will be available from the registration desk on the day.



Places will be shared between primary and secondary care.

While contagious viruses are active year-round, winter is a prime time for norovirus, colds, influenza (flu), and other respiratory illnesses.

 

These infections are highly contagious, so we urge people to stay away unless their visit is absolutely essential to help reduce the spread of infection within our hospitals.

Hospitals are full of sick people, many of them frail and elderly, so bringing germs into a hospital is the worst thing you can do.  We have an active programme of infection prevention but we can’t spot visitors who really shouldn’t be here.  Please stay at home if you’re unwell to help aid the wellbeing and recovery of our patients.
