The Wellbeing Team is part of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service.
We know that our staff are our greatest asset.
Our role is to provide the environment and the opportunity to support people who work at the trust to lead healthy lives and make choices that improve their wellbeing.
We offer initiatives to encourage staff take control of their health and we provide advice on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle to live and work well into older age. On our pages you can find information on improving mental wellbeing, increasing physical activity, healthy eating, or changing behaviours such as stopping smoking or reducing alcohol intake.
There are a whole range of events, courses, online and face to face support, plus a variety of leaflets and online resources to help with physical and mental health wellbeing.
