Celebration of Achievement 2024: Patient Choice Award

The Celebration of Achievement nomination period is open until Friday 17 May 2024. We welcome nominations from patients, relatives, and visitors for an individual or team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Judging will take place.

How will we use your nomination?

The Trust uses nominations in a number of ways in order to represent the services we deliver, including in printed information, displays, exhibitions, on our website and on social media. Occasionally we may contact you with opportunities to submit your nomination for other award schemes.

Successful nominators will also be invited to contribute to a small film about their nominee.
