The York Diabetes Team have recently implanted 3 Eversense CGM sensors provided free by the manufacturer as part of a training package for the medical staff at York Hospital.  The manufacturer will make available 3-6 additional free sensors to facilitate more staff receiving the training to insert these sensors.  The Eversense CGM implanted sensors last six months.  You can read more information by using the link below:

Update for visitors

Visiting restrictions are in place at our hospitals to stop the spread of norovirus. These restrictions will be in place until further notice.

We understand these restrictions can be difficult when a loved one is unwell. The restrictions will be reviewed daily and lifted as soon as it is safe. Thank you for your understanding as we try to reduce the spread of norovirus in our hospitals.
