im due to go on holiday next week and currently use the Omnipod. Should I change back to injections as worried about the effects of the sun on the pod? Anybody got any advice as can't decide whether to stick with the pod, abroad, or switch back to injections for this short period of time.

I've been a podder for a year and went off to Madeira in March. I borrowed a spare PDM from Omnipod (go on their website for info) packed loads of spare pods and jetted off. Rather than using exposed arms, on days we would be in the sun a lot I had my pod on my belly and had no issues. No different to being up the allotment 2 weeks ago when the temperatures were in the 30s
