i have diabetes and had it since 1998,i was on tablets now i am on tablets and insulin.i am taking 132 units of insulin a day spread over three injections at 44 units three time a day.the insulin is insulatard.two metformin 500 mg a day three 80 mg gilclazide a day one dapagliflozin 10 mg a day.the thing is my blood sugars range from fasting in morning is 15 and 22 during day and bedtime 30,can someone help please.im male 60 years old.
