Attend Anywhere - Dermatology

Welcome to the dermatology waiting room

On the date and time of your appointment you will be able to enter your clinic via the ‘start video call’ button.  It is a good idea to enter the waiting room a few minutes early.  You will see yourself on the video and hear music. The waiting room is private and you will not see other patients.

When your clinician is ready they will join the call and your consultation will begin. We will attempt to keep you informed of any delays.

Only patients who have been invited to attend their appointment by video will be seen in this way - all other patients should follow the information provided regarding attending their appointment.

For more detailed information on how to use Attend Anywhere please read this leaflet.

Running late?

If you are running late, no longer need the appointment or need to rearrange, please call the reception desk as normal on 01904 726629.

Technical difficulties

If you experience any technical difficulties and the call cannot take place, your clinician will call you and continue your consultation via telephone.  If this is not possible, please call the dermatology reception desk on 01904 726629 and they will rearrange a further appointment.

After your consultation

As this is relatively new way of conducting appointments, you may be redirected to a short survey asking about your experience using video consultations.  Please fill this out if possible as it provides valuable feedback to improve your experience using Attend Anywhere.  Please use the opportunity to tell us about things that worked well for you and areas where we could improve the experience for other patients.
