How to claim you prize:
All Winners will be contacted within 10 days of the draw via email, please ensure you have a valid Trust/LLP email to allow us to do this and have your payment with you as quickly as possible.
We request that if you move department you let Staff Benefits know so we can up date your information.
Please note: To claim your Staff lottery membership discount in the staff shops you must show you lottery card, for each transaction. If you do not have a card you can add your name to the list in the staff shop or email StaffBenefits@york.nhs.uk.
