Staff wellbeing is a key element of the proposed design of the Centre. Our designers have created a healthy, clinically efficient and thoughtful concept design that looks to the future of best practice and innovation.
The design will contribute to clinical efficiency for staff by standardising elements of the working environment so that the hospital feels familiar from one department to another.
Features like the skygarden will provide an outside space to take time away from the clinical area and recharge. The design also maximises daylight, enabling staff to work in a bright airy environment with views of greenspace, which has proven to have a positive affect on wellbeing.
