Star Award - Recognising the achievements of staff and volunteers

Sometimes it's the little things that matter the most and a thank you is all it takes.  If you would like to let a colleague know how much you appreciate them or to simply say thanks for the helping hand, you can send them an appreciation card.  Quick and easy to do, a thank you lands directly into their inbox the same day.

If you want to recognise a colleague or staff member for going the extra mile, for something above and beyond, then a Star Award nomination may be more appropriate.

All our staff and volunteers deserve recognition - but there are many that go above and beyond the call of duty to make the Trust a better service - with hard work, exciting new ideas and simply by putting patients first.

Our monthly Star Awards are to recognise outstanding individuals or teams who have innovated, impressed and made a real difference to how the Trust provides care for our patients. We are looking for your stories about how someone has made a difference and gone that extra mile - while at the same time demonstrating our values through caring, being helpful, respecting and valuing, and listening in order to improve.
