Our adult audiology services provide comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosis, and personalised care for adults experiencing hearing loss, tinnitus, balance concerns, or other hearing-related conditions. The team are here to help you hear with confidence through evidence-based assessments, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing support to improve your hearing and quality of life.
Your journey
If you're referred to our service, we'll initially invite you in for an assessment.
During the assessment, we will ask you a few questions about your hearing and any other related conditions. You may need to complete a few hearing tests during your appointment, too.
After this, we'll discuss your options and decide on the best treatment together.
If you need a hearing aid, we may take an impression of your ear to make a custom ear mould. You'll then come back at a later date to try your new hearing aid and make sure you're happy with it. We'll also show you how to use and look after your new hearing aid.
You may also be invited for appointments for:
adjusting your hearing aid
a follow-up to see how you're getting on
rehabilitation if you need extra support
hearing aid repairs
As part of our adult audiology services, we also offer some specialist clinics, including:
