Point of Care Testing (POCT) / POCT Recertification and Training Documents

POCT Recertification and Training Documents

To book face to face training for new starters or if more support is needed, please go to Learning Hub and search 'POCT' in the search courses box to book onto the relevant initial training sessions.

Recertification is due every two years to maintain your access. You should be notified via email when you are due to expire, please remember to check your emails. The glucose meter will remind you on screen when you log in.

Help us keep everyone safe this winter

We’re asking everyone to please help protect our patients, visitors and employees during the winter months.

If you’re feeling unwell, please don’t visit our hospitals - even for appointments or to see loved ones, unless it’s in exceptional circumstances such as end-of-life care or maternity.

Colds, flu, Covid and norovirus (sickness and diarrhoea) can spread easily and cause serious illness in vulnerable patients.

Please only come in once you’ve been free of symptoms for at least 48 hours.
