|Must write type of replacement factor product if relevant Must state if patient is on anticoagulants (DOAC, Warfarin, Heparin); known coagulation disorders; clincal symptoms (bleeding, bruising).
|24 hrs (urgent) if requested via the haematology consultants. 3 weeks (routine)
