Where to find liver clinics

Depending on your diagnosis, we aim to see you within a few weeks of receiving a referral. The liver specialist will discuss with you the best way to treat your condition. Liver clinics are held in the following locations:

York Hospital

  • General Hepatology: Monday and Thursday morning
  • Liver Transplant clinic:

Scarborough Hospital

  • Hepatology & Transplant patients: Wednesday afternoon

Harrogate Hospital

  • Hepatology & Transplant patients: Monthly

Industrial action: 14 - 19 November

The British Medical Association has announced that resident doctors in England will stage industrial action from 7am on 14 November to 7am on 19 November.

During this time, some of our services may be affected. We will contact you directly if your appointment needs to be changed. Otherwise, please attend your appointment as planned.
