• York exercise referral scheme (need to be referred by a Healthcare Professional or GP)
  • This is an exercise scheme that includes classes, 1:1 sessions and swimming. Based at Energise (Acomb) or Yearsley swimming pool.
  • There is a subsidised cost.  
  • Your healthcare professional will refer you and Healthwise/ Better Health will contact you following your referral to arrange a time for a consultation.  
  • This service is only available for patients with a Vale of York GP.
