Psychological Medicine self-help resources: thoughts and attention
When we face problems, our thinking can change. These changes are not always helpful. In this section:
- The Find Out in Five resources offer some more information about how and why our thinking can change
- The Radio Reps offer short, quick-to-repeat exercises to build skills that can help us get our attention and thinking back on track.
We all have different preferences, and so there are a lot of exercises to choose from. They all work best with regular practice.
