Self-help resources: thoughts and attention

When we face problems, our thinking can change. These changes are not always helpful. In this section:

  • The Find Out in Five resources offer some more information about how and why our thinking can change
  • The Radio Reps offer short, quick-to-repeat exercises to build skills that can help us get our attention and thinking back on track.

We all have different preferences, and so there are a lot of exercises to choose from. They all work best with regular practice.

If you'd prefer to read rather than listen, please visit the Radio Reps full list page.

To link thoughts and attention with the other sections, or for more guidance, please see:

  • The Rep Routes page for step-by-step workbooks
  • The Core Skills to develop a particular skill
