International Nurses Cook Book

The staff at Scarborough Hospital have produced this wonderful global cook book full of personal delicious recipes.

With dishes from Ugandan Rolex to Lemon Drizzle Cake, you’ll find something for you!

Staff made the decision to make a cook book during the Cultural Awareness week, helping to promote cultural inclusion.

Books can be obtained for a £5 donation, with money going towards Scarborough Hospital, funding future international nurses events!
