Staff who could offer a room to rent for an international nurse on a temporary basis whilst they secure rental accommodation? The nurses are currently in training in Hull but will need accommodation from early November and will be based either in Malton and Hornsea, so anywhere close to these locations or on a bus/rail route would be fine.

This property is a fantastic, large end-of-terrace house on the gorgeous Grosvenor Crescent near the South Cliff end of the Valley Bridge, Ramshill Road (near St. Andrews church), Sainsbury's Local and Costcutter. The house is a classical Victorian townhouse with original features such as fireplaces and restored cornicing. The ceilings are very high and the large windows let in a lot of light, not to mention beautiful views onto the green at the front of the house and the garden at the rear.
The entrance hallway leads to the spacious lounge with TV, dining table & chairs and comfy seating. The kitchen is off the living room and has plenty of fridge / freezer and cupboard space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is WiFi throughout and TV points in many of the rooms. There are 9 bedrooms in total in the property and there are plenty of shower rooms so there is never a queue.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
The other tenants are all young professional “white-collar” working tenants, and are aged between about 25 and 35. It is a very friendly but quiet and respectful house. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy.
