About

Equality Analysis

Equality analysis (formerly equality impact assessments) allows us to think about people's different needs and how these can be met when we:

  • Act as an employer
  • Develop, evaluate and review policy
  • Design deliver and evaluate services
  • Commission and procure from others

We will follow the Department of Health guidance in preparing analyses. Equality analysis helps us to make sure everyone involved in our services has a positive experience, helping to challenge discrimination, promote equal treatment and make sure services are easy to access for everybody.
